Next Tuesday the MacDolphins will swim the final meet of 2009 against the Devereaux Devil Rays at Devereaux. Devereaux has about 100 swimmers, so we will have swimmers swimming in Devereaux lanes in some heats. Results from the MacDolphins loss to Cary Park are now available. We had a couple issues this week which caused the times from two heats to be combined resulting in very long times for the second heat and no times at all for the first heat and we lost times from Lane 1 for a 2-3 heats. [...]
Next Tuesday the MacDolphins will swim against Cary Park at MacGregor Downs. Cary Park has 187 swimmers so they are similar in size to the MacDolphins although they tend to have a lot fewer scratches. Some notes about the results. The timing system worked very well for the Glenridge meet. We didn’t lose track of swimmers and their heat and lane assignments like we did at the Apex meet.

Next Tuesday the MacDolphins will swim against Glenridge in an away meet. There are some logisitical challenges expected with this meet because Glenridge is a much smaller team the MacDolphins, Glenridge will have about 75 swimmers and the MacDolphins will have as many as 150.
