Glenridge Meet information

The MacDolphins swim their second meet of the season against Glenridge tomorrow night (6/23).
MacDolphins swimmers need to arrive by 5:00pm.  Warm-ups start promptly at 5:30pm.  6&U’s will swim all events first, followed by the Medley Relays, etc.  Inclement weather could change the format.  Remember to bring extra towels & extra dry clothes.

MacDolphins fall to Apex Breakers 267-246

The MacDolphins fell to the Apex Breakers last night 267-246.  The weather played havoc with the meet all evening with the rain coming and going several times.  Fortunately no thunderstorms were in the area but the weather did eliminate the heat races for Breast Stroke and Butterfly.

Scruffy Duck fundraiser canceled due to weather.

In looking at www.wral.com and www.weather.com they are showing 75-85% thunder storms starting at 6pm.  For the safety of all, the car wash schedule for tonight at Scruffy Duck from 6-9pm has been cancelled.  All purchased tickets ($10.00) may be applied towards the Deluxe or any other car wash of choice for 30 days from [...]

How to Scratch from a Swim Meet

With the exception of the Cary City Meet, the coaching staff will assume all swimmers will participate every swim meet unless the parent explicitly withdraws their swimmer(s).  Withdrawing from a meet is commonly referred to as a  ‘scratch’.
