For the 2009 season MacGregor Downs Country Club will offer a full refund of swim team registration fees if a member chooses to withdraw their child from the team by end of the second practice, 7:00 pm, Wednesday, May 27, 2009. Any withdrawals after that date are non-refundable.
Withdrawals must be communicated in writing directly to Mike Mitchell by 7:00 pm Wednesday May 27 to receive a full refund.

Registration fees are $75 per child ages 5-14, $25 per child ages 15-18 and will be charged to member accounts on April 30, 2009. If a member joins in May (after the initial April 30 billing), they will be charged on their May 31, 2009 billing. Refunds will be applied to member accounts in the June billing cycle.
