Upcoming Meet
Our first away meet of the season is this Tuesday, July 1. We will be traveling to swim against the Abbington Alligators. Everyone needs to be on deck by 5:00 to get ready for warm-sups.
Directions from MacGregor: Exit MacGregor onto 64 west toward Jordan Lake. Follow 64 1.3 miles past the exit for hwy 55 then turn left onto Kellyridge Dr. The pool will be an immediate left on Kellyridge. Mapquest directions click here.
At this time there is no official information on parking, seating or concessions. However, it is my understanding that the parking lot is available to visiting teams, visitors sit furthest from the entrance of the pool (deep end) and there are concessions available that include a chicken sandwich, hot dogs, pizza and sweets.. At their last meet they had an outside vendor for smoothies. Please feel free to bring your cooler, just no glass or alcohol. You should also bring a chair for your own seating. Please remind your swimmers to gather their belongings and to pick up trash before they leave for the evening.

Swim Information
This information may be helpful, especially for all the new swim team families.
At our last meet the clerk of course moved swimmers out of their assigned lanes to other lanes. There are a couple of reasons for this. The first is so no one swim alone. The second is to spread swimmers out across open lanes so there are fewer heats and ultimately a shorter meet. We have a system in place so when our swimmer are moved into a lane that “belongs” to the other team, the times for these swimmers are captured.
