* MDCC vs Highcroft

MDCC vs Highcroft

Time: 5:30 pm

Away meet vs Highcroft. Swimmers should be on the deck by 5:30 for warm ups.

Stick around after your practice for whacky games, relays, and contests with other kids in your age group.
* Wave Swim Clinic

Wave Swim Clinic

Time: 4:30 pm

A coach from Wave Swim Club will be at 7-8s and 9-10s practices today for a free breaststroke clinic.

* MDCC vs Park Village

MDCC vs Park Village

Time: 5:30 pm

Away swim meet vs Park Village. Swimmer should be on the deck by 5:30 for warm ups.

Stick around after your practice for whacky games, relays, and contests with other kids in your age group.
* RSA Clinic

Time: 4:30 pm

A coach from RSA will be at swim practice to work with our 7-8s and 9-10s on butterfly.

Wet and Wild Trip

Time: 8:00 am

MacDolphins team trip to Wet and Wild in Greensboro. Open to all team members but swimmers under 13 must be accompanied by a parent.

Time: 8:00 am

Cary City Meet at Scottish Hills swim club. Ages 10 and under swim in the morning, 11-18 swim in the afternoon.

* Swim for a Cause Fundraiser

Swim for a Cause Fundraiser

Time: 5:00 pm

Annual MacDolphins Swim for a Cause fundraiser.
* Pasta Pump UP

Time: 7:00 pm

13&Ups: Pump up on carbs at the Johnsons and have fun with your friends before the big meet!
