This coming week is our final of the season and the busiest. Saturday is the Cary City Meet and we are sending 19 MacDolphins to Cary Swim Club to compete against 25 other teams. I can’t wait to see their races! After Monday practice there will be a pump up pasta dinner for the 11 and Ups at the Luihn house. I can’t believe it, but Tuesday is our final meet against the Devereaux Devil Rays. It is not only a home meet, but also picture day so please be at the pool by 4:15 pm. If you would like individual pictures you should arrive at 3:30 pm. Tuesday night is also Senior Night so make sure to be there to support the swimmers who have given so much of their time and energy to the team. Thursday is the banquet and I know that I’m looking forward to it so make sure to RSVP on the website.
One last thanks to the Mrs. Beck and the other parents who made the trip down to Emerald Point possible this past Wedneday. I think everyone had a great time and I know the coaches had fun hanging out with the kids outside of practice.
There’s only one week left, but it should be our best yet! Please contact me with any questions/concerns.
Elyse
PS There is no stroke clinic Saturday July 16th because of the Cary City Meet
