Happy 4th of July MacDolphins!
I hope everyone is having a great holiday and enjoying their time off!
Last week’s meet against Regency was the closest of the season and it was a ton of fun watching all the swimmers really give their all when it came down to a close race or relay. Many thanks again to the parents and volunteers who got their children to the meet on Wednesday. I know it’s a pain to switch schedules around and I appreciate it. As a result of everyone’s hard work we had around 192 best times! That is incredible!

This past week the swimmers worked on some conditioning and their finishes. They did a great job racing, but we want to make sure that when it comes down to a close race, the MacDolphins are not out-touched. Everyone worked really hard and I cannot wait to see it pay off against the Highcroft Hurricanes at our second away meet of the season. Remember to be at their pool at 5:00 pm!
