Scratch Confirmation Email

The scratch system has been updated and will now send out e-mail confirmation once a scratch has been entered (or removed) from the system.  This new feature should help ensure that scratches are made correctly and if not, allow plenty of time to re-enter them.  There is still a small delay before Scratches submitted by e-mail or text appear on the web site.  Scratches submitted directly via the web site are processed immediately.
