The MacDolphins web site received a technology update today which allows parents to view the meet scratch lists and the Cary City Meet registration list at their convenience. At any time, if you are unsure if you have scratched for a meet, check the appropriate swim meet page and verify your swimmers are on the list.
If you scratch using the web site, you will see your swimmer’s name immediately. If you scratch via e-mail or the bulletin board, their name will not be on the list until the next time I have a chance to enter the scratches. The same holds true for CCM registrations as the process is essentially identical.
To view the scratch list, select the desired swim meet from the 2009->Swim Meet Schedule menu.
