Next Tuesday the MacDolphins will swim against Kildaire Farms in our first home meet. Kildaire Farms will have about 120 swimmers and the MacDolphins will have as many as 150.
Like we did last week, we are working with Kildaire Farms in advance in an effort to run the meet more efficiently. We are working closely with Kildaire Farms to optimally fill all of the lanes to run the least number of heat races as possible. In order to do that, we need to make sure that we know if your swimmers will be scratched from the Kildaire Famrs meet ASAP. The coaches will do their preliminary heat sheet on Friday (instead of Monday) so we can combine our entries with Kildaire Farms and fill all the lanes.
Scratches
Please refer to the process for scratching from a meet if you will not be at the Kildaire Farms meet (or any other meet as well). If you have any questions or run into problems, please don’t hesitate to contact Mike Walsh.
