Mike Mitchell is getting ready to place an order for MacDolphins spirit wear. Make sure you update your wardrobe with the latest styles for the 2009 season. Sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts and two styles of shorts are available.
To place an order, complete the order form e-mail it to Mike Mitchell or drop it off at MDCC. The order form is smart PDF form so you can fill it out online and submit it and it will be mailed directly to Mike.
You can also view the order form online, fill it out within Acrobat Reader and when you click on the “Send to Mike Mitchell” button at the bottom of the form, it will be e-mailed to Mike. Alternatively you can download the order form, print it out, fill it in and drop it off at the MDCC clubhouse.
